Yesterday's morning service was out of this world. God, through His Spirit moved, spoke, confirmed, and filled every open and available heart in the room. The FATHER of all was very much present. If you call Me, I'll answer, was and is a fact. Consider VFC, as God directs you, making this family, your family. We meet on Sunday @ 9:30 AM (English) 5:00 PM ( Spanish) & Wednesday @ 7:00 PM Stop by and visit with us.

Spring is in the air, a time of a rebirth of sorts. The death of winter has surrounded to new life, new energy, and new visions. Maybe you feel as if you've been through a super long winter, there seems to be no end in sight. Listen, birds are nesting, bees are pollinating, water is flowing, and flowers are blooming. Spring has sprung! Hallelujah, a new season with new opportunities, and the grace of our loving Father to guide us along. Come on, sit up straight, look at life through a new lens, focus, redirect your priorities and ask God to rid you of the dreads of winter and put on the garments of spring( new life). This evening's bible study: "The Python spirit" promises to be a very interesting subject. Many church people are in the web of his influence and are not aware of its presence. Come study, seek info, read, study and grow with us. The schemes of the devil are well structured, fortified, and sly. Yet very ineffective for those that walk in the Spirit. And finally, the bible states, "My people die for a lack of knowledge." VFC @ 7:00 PM

Church is not a building but a body of people. When people enter the building, the church has arrived. I invite, those without a church home, new arrivals into town, those seeking an in filling of power, joy, love or simply a church home to worship the Lord with us. Sunday @ 9:30 AM & Wednesday @ 7. Come expecting, it'd be our honor to have you join us.

Woke up this morning to the same ole, same ole. Tragedy, carnage, shootings, & hurting families scared for life. All we can do is lift up the victims families, in prayer. Hearts are shattered & broken, a sense of hopelessness, and a desire to get even, revenge. All of that is natural, but we need to step back, breath, and let's things be dealt with as they develop. But also the perpetrators families need our understanding and prayers. As no one wins in a situation like this. It's not time to point fingers, it's time to come together and offer help, hope, love, understanding. Please know that my family and I are here to help, listen, cry with, and offer any help that might be needed. Española let's step up to the plate and be counted!! We stand as one! Pastor JD

I understand that doubt is a faith sucker, and it is. However, the biggest faith killer is "sight". My faith (belief system based solely on God's word) tells me one thing, and it does aligns with God's word, I'm expecting my miracle, my answered pray, or my healing. But my eyes tell me the total opposite, and my faith is sucked out. I see, smell, touch, hear, and speak my natural language which is negative, contrary, against and even opposed to my faith in the God of the Impossible! I verbally declare what I see. My natural senses need a paradigm shift, I will speak faith, I will sing faith, I will experience His power, miracles, prosperity, and most importantly, His presence. Let's press in today, He's waiting on us. Hallelujah! Pastor JD

The more I think about it, the more I realize how good God has been to me. He found me when I was lost, gave me sight when I was blind, and healed me when I was sick. He saved me, sanctified me, filled me with His Holy Spirit, gave me a future, a vision, and a dream. He put a new song in my lips, gave me the oil of goodness instead of the robes of heaviness. He took me out of deep darkness and transferred me into His marvelous light. If as you read this post, you realize how tired you are of being tired, text me, message me, just get in touch with me. I'll tell you that no church, pastor, nor priest will do for you what Jesus Christ can and will if you ask Him. Pastor JD

Victory Faith Church sends a message to all women today. You are prized and cherished. You are needed, adored, and loved beyond measure. You are cared for deeply, you are delighted in, and you are a true treasure amongst us. You are designed to glorify God not an object to be abused, used, neglected, or subjected to as a second class person. You have a plan, a divine purpose, and a clear cut message. You are our mothers, sisters, wives, prayer warriors, pastors, missionaries. Actually you wear many hats, and God is aware of the one that fits you perfectly, it was after all designed for YOU! What are our thoughts as we drive by a homeless person, a drug addict, a man/ woman handcuffed on their way to jail, a wife beater, or anyone else seen as"no good material " by society. Our thoughts are not favorable and we certainly would not bet the farm on a bright or fruitful future. However, God has a different perspective, a design, and a plan for us and them as well. Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, " declared the Lord.... He designed a life of structured success, joy, prosperity and intimacy with Him. He did all that is needed for a prosperous life, now, it depends on me whether I'm going to accept His plan or pursue my own demise and disaster. I'm trying to cause a paradigm shift in my head, I want to see potential in the homeless, the addicted, the drop out, the very young pregnant girl, the panhandler, the run away rebellious teen, the dead beat dad, the heroin using mom and so forth. I want to see hope and a successful contributor to our society and better yet our future prophets, apostles, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. Missionaries, pastors wives or husbands, church administrators, ushers deacons as well as backers city leaders etc.. This people could very well be us if not for the grace of God. If not us or kids, nephew, niece, grandkids, you know what I'm saying. Speak life to you marriage, your children, loved ones, community and church. Look for opportunities, dig deep for living waters, encourage, uplift, and developed and mentor leaders. You'll be glad you did!!! Pastor JD

You are my refuge and my shield; your word is my source of hope. Psalms 119:114 NLT A blunt statement would say it this way: In You Lord, I'm saved, I'm safe, You keep me from harm and it's Your Word (Jesus) that gives me the push to keep on going when in de-stress. You are my hiding place. When we were children we'd play hide and seek. One would cover their eyes, count up to 100 while the rest would run and take cover. Sometimes, depending on the maturity of the person, the places to hide were obvious, some were not very much of a cover and were quickly found. God offers us His shadow, under His wings, in the secret place of the Most High, hallelujah!😉 Come try it Satan, you're already my defeated🙄 enemy. We win again!!! 🤣 Pastor JD

Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19 NLT Our job, our life line, and responsibility as Christians is to make disciples. Tell others about what's happened to us, that we have been radically changed, but that's only possible from above. We disciple, we mentor them, we watch them grow and eventually get water baptized. That seals our testimony, we give a public account about an internal, critical, and supernatural event called salvation. If you are a believer in Christ Jesus, you love the Lord with your heart, you than must be baptized. It's not essential for salvation, but it is a command Jesus gave and it must be done ASAP after salvation. We are currently looking at having ours early in August in Chama as we have the last few years. Make your plans!! Pastor JD
